The terms and conditions of your employment including your Emoluments Package is a subject confined to you and Sai Working Solutions. It is not to be discussed with any person other than your immediate supervisor or the HR Function; discussing such matters with any other person will be considered with disfavour. If you have queries, raise them with your supervisor or the HR Function only.

The terms and conditions of employment are communicated to each ernployee. The communication will cover Salary, including Retiral Benefits.

Medical Benefits

Strictly as per Govt. Rule & Notification , you will be entitled for ESIC coverage. Necessary arrangement will be made by the Company.

Salary Deductions

The Company is required by law to make regular deductions i.e. Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc. ; there may be other deductions which may be applicable to each individual. The Company does not encourage deductions from salary relating to expenditure items of a personal nature.

From time to time the HR Function will address employees seeking information to update tax computations of individuals. You are requested to respond to these requests to avoid improper tax deductions and eventually inconvenience to yourself.

There may be instances where staff do not advise of rebates which they wish to avail until very late in the financial year. This gives rise to excess tax deductions in the early part of the year and could result in a refund to the individual. There is a limit to which the Company can make refunds, and so such refunds may have to be claimed by the employee from the Income Tax Department after filing the Annual Income Tax Return. To avoid this inconvenience, please do your tax planning early and respond promptly to requests from the HR Function.

The HR Function is always ready to assist in your tax planning.

By May each year the Company will provide each employee with a Salary Certificate in the prescribed format showing the total income/deductions for the year ended 31 March for submission with your Tax Return. It is your responsibility, if you are a tax payer, to file your Income Tax Return before the 30 June or any other date as declared by the Tax Authorities. It is also your responsibility to apply for a PAN No. which needs to be mentioned on your Returns/Form 16. Unless you give your PAN No. to the Company, you will NOT be issued with a Form 16.

1. Attendance

As a member of Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd, you are needed at your job. Attendance is a factor considered in evaluating your performance; the Company expects you to be regular in attendance. An employee who is absent without justifiable reason may be subject to disciplinary action and possible termination. The Company does recognize, however, that some absences are not an employee's fault. When an accident, illness or other problem makes it impossible for you to come to work, it is your responsibility to notify your supervisor as soon as possible.

Just as regular attendance is an important part of your job, your punctuality is necessary to provide "service" to customers and to the other groups and departments you work with each day.
