Leave
of Absence
When
special situations require time off, talk to your supervisor
or departmental head. This way, work schedules can be revised
to keep things running smoothly.
Annual Vacation Leave
Everybody needs time away from work to relax. In recognition
of your need for leisure time, the Company provides a
vacation program. Please give your supervisor adequate notice
of your vacation leave program so that plans can be made to
ensure that the work process is not disrupted.
The
length of employment with Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd determines
the amount of your Vacation Leave. The leave accrues and can
be availed of on a pro-rated basis from the date of joining .
On an
annualized basis, entitlement is as follows :
Accumulation of Leave
As a policy, accumulation
of leave is not permitted as the Company believes that
employees must take a break at regular intervals.
Sick Leave
The following schedule
shows the days of paid Sick Leave in a calendar year.

There will be no carry
forward of Sick Leave
However for sickness
requiring hospitalization, this will be as per doctor's advice
and till the employee is fit to resume regular duties.
The Company reserves the
right to ask for verification of disability from a physician
or to have a physician examine employees to verify illness or
injury, and to determine its nature and extent.
The Company may also want
to verify ability to return to work after along or serious
disability.
Staff availing of more
than 2 days Sick Leave at a time will need to produce a
Doctor's Certificate.
Holidays
At the beginning of each
year, a list of holidays will be provided to you. Each
District Office is required to observe such holidays as may
be applicable in their location.

Ltd is
concerned about your safety. We believe that all accidents and
injuries are preventable. The complete and active support and
cooperation of all employees are essential to prevent
accidents and injuries.
All Sai Working Solutions
Pvt Ltd operations will be conducted safely to prevent
injury to employees, to avoid damage to property and to
protect the public interest. Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd tries to
provide a safe working environment for you. You are required
to work with respect for your own safety and safety of all
other employees.
Most accidents are caused
by careless or unsafe acts. As Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd
employee, it is your responsibility to avoid unsafe acts.
Call to the attention of your supervisor to any practices or
conditions that appear to be unsafe. Your supervisor should be
informed of any accident irrespective of whether anyone is
injured or not.
Communication
Everyone likes to know
what is going on. Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd believes you have a
right to facts that affect you -and would like your ideas,
reactions and questions in return.
Information comes to you
through several channels :
1. Handbook issued to all
employees
2. Communication with your supervisor and colleagues
3. Liaison with the HR Function
Your supervisor is the
best source of information about your job or the Company and
is always willing to answer questions or solve problems.
A supervisor who does not
have the information you need can get it for you or direct you
to people who have the answers.
4. Your Responsibility
To make sure your personal
records are complete, notify your supervisor and the HR
Function of changes in personal matters such as address,
telephone numbers, marital status and dependants. Inform the
HR Function about any additional courses you may have
completed so that a current record of your education and
skills can be maintained.
Your working relationship
with the Company should be a mutually rewarding one. Employees
