Environmental Compliance
It is Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd policy to treat all employees with dignity and respect, and to provide equal employment opportunities. As a company, we are committed to the health and safety of all employees.
Terms and Conditions of Employment
The terms and conditions of your employment including your Emoluments Package is a subject confined to you and Sai Working Solutions. It is not to be discussed with any person other than your immediate supervisor or the HR Function; discussing such matters with any other person will be considered with disfavour. If you have queries, raise them with your supervisor or the HR Function only.
The terms and conditions of employment are communicated to each ernployee. The communication will cover Salary, including Retiral Benefits.
Medical Benefits
Strictly as per Govt. Rule & Notification , you will be entitled for ESIC coverage. Necessary arrangement will be made by the Company.
Salary Deductions
The Company is required by law to make regular deductions i.e. Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc. ; there may be other deductions which may be applicable to each individual. The Company does not encourage deductions from salary relating to expenditure items of a personal nature.
From time to time the HR Function will address employees seeking information to update tax computations of individuals. You are requested to respond to these requests to avoid improper tax deductions and eventually inconvenience to yourself.
There may be instances where staff do not advise of rebates which they wish to avail until very late in the financial year. This gives rise to excess tax deductions in the early part of the year and could result in a refund to the individual. There is a limit to which the Company can make refunds, and so such refunds may have to be claimed by the employee from the Income Tax Department after filing the Annual Income Tax Return. To avoid this inconvenience, please do your tax planning early and respond promptly to requests from the HR Function.
The HR Function is always ready to assist in your tax planning.
By May each year the Company will provide each employee with a Salary Certificate in the prescribed format showing the total income/deductions for the year ended 31 March for submission with your Tax Return. It is your responsibility, if you are a tax payer, to file your Income Tax Return before the 30 June or any other date as declared by the Tax Authorities. It is also your responsibility to apply for a PAN No. which needs to be mentioned on your Returns/Form 16. Unless you give your PAN No. to the Company, you will NOT be issued with a Form 16.
Gratuity Fund
You will be eligible for Gratuity and the benefits payable will be equal to fifteen days’ salary for each completed year of service upto a maximum of Rs 350000/-
Superannuation Fund
P.F & Pension Scheme: You are entitled to P.F & pension as per Govt. rule.
Travel/Tour Expenses
The Company will as a policy reimburse only actual costs properly disbursed by employees in the course of Company’s business.
Mode of travel, class of hotel, transport and other major items associated with a tour must be in strict consultation and with due approval of the supervisor.
1. Attendance
As a member of Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd, you are needed at your job. Attendance is a factor considered in evaluating your performance; the Company expects you to be regular in attendance. An employee who is absent without justifiable reason may be subject to disciplinary action and possible termination. The Company does recognize, however, that some absences are not an employee’s fault. When an accident, illness or other problem makes it impossible for you to come to work, it is your responsibility to notify your supervisor as soon as possible.
Just as regular attendance is an important part of your job, your punctuality is necessary to provide “service” to customers and to the other groups and departments you work with each day. While there are occasions when unavoidable circumstances may cause you to arrive at your job late, the Company cannot condone habitual tardiness. An employee who repeatedly reports for work late will be subject to disciplinary action.
2. Conduct
Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd expects all its employees to follow the guidelines of accepted business conduct, because it is conducive to efficient operations and it makes the Company a more pleasant place to work. Behaviour that disrupts operations such as arguments, non-cooperation or consistent inability to get along with other employees, will be subject to disciplinary action and possible termination.
Performance Measurement
During your years of employment with Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd, your supervisor or departmental head will observe your progress, and discuss with you how to improve your skills, performance and value to the organisation. Your supervisor is vitally interested in your progress, you are always welcome to discuss any phase of your position with your supervisor.
Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd is interested in the performance and development of every employee. For that reason the Company takes several steps to see that employees know where they stand with the Company, what their career possibilities are, and how they can fulfil them.
Leave of Absence
When special situations require time off, talk to your supervisor or departmental head. This way, work schedules can be revised to keep things running smoothly.
Annual Vacation Leave
Everybody needs time away from work to relax. In recognition of your need for leisure time, the Company provides a vacation program. Please give your supervisor adequate notice of your vacation leave program so that plans can be made to ensure that the work process is not disrupted.
The length of employment with Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd determines the amount of your Vacation Leave. The leave accrues and can be availed of on a pro-rated basis from the date of joining .
On an annualized basis, entitlement is as follows :
Accumulation of Leave
As a policy, accumulation of leave is not permitted as the Company believes that employees must take a break at regular intervals.
Sick Leave
The following schedule shows the days of paid Sick Leave in a calendar year.

There will be no carry forward of Sick Leave
However for sickness requiring hospitalization, this will be as per doctor’s advice and till the employee is fit to resume regular duties.
The Company reserves the right to ask for verification of disability from a physician or to have a physician examine employees to verify illness or injury, and to determine its nature and extent.
The Company may also want to verify ability to return to work after along or serious disability.
Staff availing of more than 2 days Sick Leave at a time will need to produce a Doctor’s Certificate.
Holidays
At the beginning of each year, a list of holidays will be provided to you. Each District Office is required to observe such holidays as may be applicable in their location.
Safety
Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd is concerned about your safety. We believe that all accidents and injuries are preventable. The complete and active support and cooperation of all employees are essential to prevent accidents and injuries.
All Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd operations will be conducted safely to prevent injury to employees, to avoid damage to property and to protect the public interest. Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd tries to provide a safe working environment for you. You are required to work with respect for your own safety and safety of all other employees.
Most accidents are caused by careless or unsafe acts. As Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd employee, it is your responsibility to avoid unsafe acts. Call to the attention of your supervisor to any practices or conditions that appear to be unsafe. Your supervisor should be informed of any accident irrespective of whether anyone is injured or not.
Communication
Everyone likes to know what is going on. Sai Working Solutions Pvt Ltd believes you have a right to facts that affect you -and would like your ideas, reactions and questions in return.
Information comes to you through several channels :

Your supervisor is the best source of information about your job or the Company and is always willing to answer questions or solve problems.
A supervisor who does not have the information you need can get it for you or direct you to people who have the answers.
4. Your Responsibility
To make sure your personal records are complete, notify your supervisor and the HR Function of changes in personal matters such as address, telephone numbers, marital status and dependents. Inform the HR Function about any additional courses you may have completed so that a current record of your education and skills can be maintained.
